We could have lunch in Tempura Wakisaka set within 500 feet. It was 100 feet from the railroad station, good location🙂

superb location. Almost every highlight location you need to visit in Otaru is in a walking distance from this hotel.

I like my bed style. my room had two-storey bed which you can keep your belonging on it.
the hotel is very silent. sometimes it made me scared when I was in elavator. one more thing, i did not like breakfast here. there were only tea,water and bread(in plastic bag). I thought it was not worth. lastly,staffs at reception always disappear when I need some help.

There are so many self-service in the hotel, which is not so convenient for foreigner, especially English is not so popular to communicate in Japan.

I like the location, spacious room and facilities provided in the room.
However, it will be better if the wifi can be accessed in the rooms as well instead of only at first level, the lobby area. Moreover, it is not clearly stated in the hotel website that the Internet wifi is only available on the first floor of the hotel.

The hotel exceeds my expectation in terms of the quality at such a low price level. The room is small, but it still offers an extra bed set up on top near the ceiling. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is historic. My family like it so much.
